the staff were very friendly and helpful! the food tasted great.
The bathroom had no natural light. It was quite dark, you see. it also had gaps in the roof. Those gaps let mosquitoes in, you know? the main pool seemed small. It did not offer many seats by the pool. I couldn't find a spot.

the breakfast presented diverse options.
The noise from nearby clubs persisted late into the night and the rooms insulation proved inadequate at blocking the bass. It made a good night sleep almost unattainable, therefore i was disappointed.

The location near a swamp resulted in an unpleasant odor at times. This was particularly noticeable near the sunset pool. The noise from nearby clubs was significant. I could hear the bass late into the night, and it made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

The staff was helpful. The room was spacious and modern. I found everything I needed readily available (they even provided free evening cocktails).
The location was noisy. I heard music going until 3-4 am from neighboring clubs. They supplied earplugs (, made me wonder why), but they didn't help much with the loud music.
